Conservation Division Order Summary
For Fiscal Year 2021, the Commission issued 546 Conservation Division noticed and consent orders. Included in those orders were 177 penalty orders and two shut-in order assessing $567,625 in fines payable to the state general fund.*
For Fiscal Year 2022, the Commission issued 719 Conservation Division noticed and consent orders. Included among those orders were 334 penalty orders imposing $663,680 in fines payable to the state general fund.*
For Fiscal Year-To-Date 2023 (July 1, 2022 through May 31, 2023), the Commission issued 631 Conservation Division noticed and consent orders. Included in those orders were 239 penalty orders assessing $578,150 in fines payable to the state general fund.*

Pipeline Safety Division Order Summary
For Fiscal Year 2021, the Commission issued 44 noticed and consent orders in Pipeline Safety dockets. Of those, the Commission approved 19 Pipeline Safety penalty orders assessing $19,500 in fines payable to the state general fund.*
For Fiscal Year 2022, the Commission issued 33 noticed and consent orders in Pipeline Safety dockets. Of those, the Commission approved 25 Pipeline Safety penalty orders assessing $35,750 in fines payable to the state general fund.*
For Fiscal Year-To-Date 2023 (July 1, 2022 through May 31, 2023), the Commission issued 25 noticed and consent orders in Pipeline Safety dockets. Included in those orders were 19 Pipeline Safety penalty orders assessing $19,250 in fines payable to the state general fund.*

Telecommunication Division Order Summary
For Fiscal Year 2021, the Commission issued 364 noticed and consent orders in Telecom dockets. Of those, the Commission approved 4 penalty order assessing a fine of $3,155.18 payable to the state general fund.*
For Fiscal Year 2022, the Commission issued 254 noticed and consent orders in Telecom dockets. None of those assessed fines.
For Fiscal Year-To-Date 2023 (July 1, 2022 through May 31, 2023), the Commission issued 273 noticed and consent orders in Telecom dockets. Of those, no Telecom penalty orders were issued or fines assessed.

Transportation Division Order Summary
